Our private education client wanted to establish a school in a high-traffic, residential location in Victoria, BC on a tight deadline.
This client came to our Nanaimo branch team for help building a private day school (Kineret Tamim Academy) on a residential property adjacent to their main day care and community services building.
Our team began working on the project in January, with the client requiring the school buildings finished by October of the same year. The location of the project posed unique challenges, including its position on a busy road and its residential surroundings, which we had to take into account during the design, delivery, and installation phases.

BOXX Modular Nanaimo was able to successfully complete the school building for the Kineret Tamim Academy by their desired date in October. They expertly tackled all phases of the project, from gaining the necessary permits with the local municipality, architectual design, site prep, delivery, all the way to install, in record time.
Despite limited site space, our team delivered 2 dedicated classrooms consisting of four 12" x 40" module units (to create two full-sized, 24" x 40" learning areas). In combination with our client's site crew, BOXX Nanaimo's delivery, install, and crane crews did a spectacular job navigating site constraints to ensure all work was completed securely and safely.
